Michael Kinsley, Principal, founded Audit Resource Group LLC, to meet

He has over fifteen years experience practiced in firms ranging from
start-ups to Fortune 25 to the Big 4. Such experience includes
spearheading Alaska Air's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance team and
centralizing the controls function; leading various audits for Verizon's
U.S. and U.K. departments; and preparing unclaimed property audit
defenses and voluntary disclosures for his clients at KPMG.

Michael holds an MBA and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He serves
as an adjunct professor at Seattle University teaching accounting
courses. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
and The Institute of Internal Auditors.
